Stacked House

:description

A unique residence for a family, a stacked typology, never seen before.

The concept of this stacked house origins from the demand of building two storeys above ground, with building regulations dictating only 1,5 storey allowed. This way the floors are stacked on top of each other and varies in width to accommodate the demand for a smaller first floor.

We also needed solar shading towards south and integrated it into the building structure.

We wanted to invite the green inside the house and this happens on three different levels, -1, 0 and +1.
